Right of withdrawal

You can make a return and request a refund or a purchase voucher if you are not satisfied with the products received no later than 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the package.
You will need to send an e-mail to specifying in the subject “Return Luminaria” and in the text the reason for the return, attaching a photo of the defective product. We will investigate your case and get back to you as soon as possible.

The returned products must arrive at our office no later than 14 calendar days from the date of confirmation of the return shipment. They must arrive in the same package in which they were sent and must be packed with the same care. The return shipment will be at your expense.
We recommend that you contact the same courier with which the package was sent by booking a collection, indicating the recipient’s details: Luminarie Perrotta, Via dei Muratori, 78 – Z.I.-  73018 Squinzano (Le) – Italia

The refund or the sending of a purchase voucher, based on your express preference, will take place within 7 days of receiving the return shipment.


If you find a defect on the product, you can communicate through our help page, explaining what happened. To make our intervention possible and effective, you will be asked for some information to which they can respond by e-mail. In the event of an irreparable defect in the purchased product, we as the seller naturally assume the statutory warranty obligation.

The legal guarantee on online purchases is 2 years and is valid within the European Union, limited to non-perishable and / or non-deteriorated or perishable components due to normal use of the purchased good. As part of the seller’s guarantee, we undertake to repair the item or replace it if necessary.

If the purchased good shows defects within two years of delivery, the buyer can contact the seller and claim the right to the seller or to have the good repaired. In the event that the damages may derive, to the buyer or to third parties, from an inappropriate use of the goods sold, the seller is not liable in any case for damages.

The warranty is a voluntary additional service. The buyer is obliged to prove, after six months, that the lack already existed at the time of the transfer of the risk. To ascertain your warranty claims, you must contact us directly. In addition to the guarantee we provide, there is also the possibility of obtaining a maintenance service for your needs. Terms of Sale

Once the order has been placed and accepted, you will receive from Luminarie Perrotta an automatic e-mail confirming receipt of the order, in which all the items purchased will be summarized. Before shipping the items, we will check their availability and the outcome of the payment. Only after verifying that the payment has been successful will we send you an e-mail confirming the order and the shipment of the package.

The articles on are only products available for immediate production. If for some mere reason such as multiple orders or a mere system error the item should become unavailable after purchase, the order will be considered void and it will be the responsibility of to contact you to establish new delivery times necessary to carry out the goods or to arrange immediate reimbursement.

Once the order has been sent, you unconditionally accept all the information contained during the purchase process and fully accept the Terms and Conditions of Sale. Perrotta Luminarie reserves the right to modify the Terms and Conditions of Sale at any time. Any changes will be valid only after publication on the site. Perrotta Luminarie therefore invites the Customer to always read the latest version of the Conditions of Sale published on the Site before transmitting an order and, if necessary, to print a copy or save it on a computer medium for any future need.

Prices include statutory VAT at 22%. VAT is calculated in accordance with the relevant local laws. Shipping to Italy is free.

Order and shipping

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to track the shipment. At the following link you will find all the information to follow your order. The shipment of your order usually takes place on the working day following the payment confirmation or a payment confirmation guaranteed by third parties (PayPal). Attention: in case of payments by bank transfer, you must add the time necessary to the transfer.

Shipments are made by by express courier. Deliveries will be made exclusively to the address indicated on the order. The delivery time basically depends on the delivery address. Delivery in Italy is expected within 5-6 working days, in Europe 7-10 working days. However, during busy periods such as holidays or sales, this timing may be delayed. With the data received by e-mail you can follow the progress of the shipment. The current status of the order can be checked on the link received in your e-mail.

Shipping outside of Europe

For shipments outside Europe, please request a quote by email at where you will need to specify the country of destination to check the shipping costs. Once your request has been received, will send you an email with all the information you requested.
